We used Danson Construction for a new stoop and walkway. From the first meeting with Claudio, we found him to be professional, without any kind of “hard sell” attitude. He was the only contractor that followed up on his estimate, asking if we had any further questions. Although by that time our decision had already been made to use Danson, it was encouraging to see that some companies today still care about the customer. Even before they get the sale! As for the work done, there is one word to describe it: superb. We are extremely pleased. We have seen cars stop and look at the work, and our neighbors have all commented how beautiful the work is. Claudio is a perfectionist–I watched him work, and he measures and re-measures and is on his hands and knees working. We would absolutely use them again–in fact, we probably will in the very near future, to redo our driveway.

We would like to express our complete satisfaction with the recent work done at our home. The front and back, brick staircase and patio were very old and in need of replacement after years of regular patch work repair. After observing the masterful workmanship done on our neighbor’s home last year, we knew that this was the person whom we would hire to do our job.
After meeting with Claudio we were even more convinced that this was the man for the job. His obvious knowledge of the trade together with a genuine professionalism made the decision an easy one. Claudio explained his background, work ethic, and offered suggestions which we had not considered but agreed upon with pleasure. Although Claudio gave his opinion on different things, he never pressured or made us feel that there was no choice.
Claudio and his team arrived on a Monday and were finished within a week. Each worker was polite, diligent, and worked together well. Claudio’s leadership was evident at all times in order to produce a perfect result, each man demonstrating the expertise which he possessed and had mastered. The demolition of the old staircase and patio was not an easy task due to the heavy construction of many years ago. The finished stairs and patio are absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. The cleanup was equally perfect and we could not be happier with Claudio’s workmanship.
The measuring for the railings was done today and Claudio received another testimony to his impeccable work. The gentleman who came said that he has never worked with anyone as good as Claudio and would never hire anyone else. As mentioned earlier, Claudio’s work is beyond description but his character and interpersonal relations style are a bonus. We would recommend Claudio without hesitation.
